I was busy (and a little lazy) the last couple of days so didn't get out. Today I went to the track to run 6 x 800. I did a 2 mile warmup and then started the repeats. Felt really good which is probably because I didn't run the last couple of days and was rested. I was running well but on the 5th one my hamstring tightened up toward the end. Tried stretching it out but didn't seem to help. Jogged a little and it was still hurting so cut the repeats short. Hope this doesn't cause me another set back. Here are the splits: 3:01, 2:58, 2:59, 2:57, 2:57.
