Still in HI and another great morning (68, light wind). I had to get back for some conference calls so had to keep this run shorter than I was hoping. I felt better this morning than I have the last couple of days. I decided to push the pace a little today especially on the hills. I ran up and around to the back side of Diamond Head so that gave me 4 long hills to work on. Turned out to be a pretty good run.

Dang! You're in HI!!! Tough gig. I wish I was there right now, but we are eeking out 70 dgs here in IA today anyway. Take some slow runs to really enjoy the visit.

Thanks! Not the best time to be out here since it is so nice back home. I don't get to see much scenery while running since I usually go out around 4 am due to jet lag.

I always tell people that I would rather be at home with my family then HI by myself but I'm not sure if they believe me. I guess if you have to travel HI is a pretty good place to go.
