It was warm and humid this morning. Felt pretty good coming off of the half on Sat. Just a little bit of soreness in the legs. Just did an easy shake out run to get the legs moving again. I am planning kind of an easy week this week. I have been pushing it hard the last few weeks trying to get back in shape so going to take it easy this week then kick back in next week.
