It was hot (78) and humid this morning with some light wind.  I was a little tired this morning and the heat didn't help things.  I just took it easy today on a recovery run. Supposed to have a weather front moving through today so looking forward to some cooler weather this weekend.

Yes, glad for the cool down. The storms rolled through here this morning so had to run during lunch. Enjoy the nice weather now!
