I was able to get outside today. Still a few slick spots before the most part everything was clear (32 degrees, light wind). Today I did a 8 mile progression run. After a warmup I tried to run each mile faster with the last couple at tempo pace. I felt good as I got going and the pace felt easy. I had no problem until the last couple of miles and then my legs felt a little tired/sluggish. I haven't done a tempo in awhile so it was good pick up the pace.
