I sleep in today just didn't feel like getting up early. My wife and oldest daughter had some plans so I stayed home with my youngest daughter and got a little time to run on the TM. Since I couldn't go long I decided to run faster. I started off easy and then just continued to pick up the pace. I ended up running the last mile in 6:11. I felt pretty good and feel like it was the best way to use my limited time. It was a rough day outside today anyway. It was very windy and snowing.

Very solid run and week!

Great run. That's life we need to learn that we don't always have to do the same routine (like a long run every week). This shows you have balance in your life and needed the extra sleep. Nice work.

Nice pace, with really fast last mile! Also, good job on the weekly mileage.

Thanks guys! Trying to stay consistent as possible given the weather and life.

Kory, balance in my life is something that I continue to strive for but don't seem like I ever get there. Right now just focusing on trying to keep the important things on the top of the list.
