Honolulu, HI: The tropical storm fizzled out which is good so was able to get outside this morning.  Ran the loop around Diamond Head.  It was warm (79), very humid and very windy.  I felt a little sluggish this morning and just ran easy.  Ran 4 x 100 strides at the end.
