Nice morning today sunny and 47. When I started off I felt stiff and tired.  As I ran I loosened up but I felt tired the whole way.  I am not sure what is going on but just feel like my energy level has been down on my runs for the last couple of weeks.  Maybe something in the diet or something else but haven't felt good on a run in a while.  I am going to try some thing with diet, etc and see how that works.  Just glad to get the miles in today.

Nice run. Welcome home, the energy drain today is probably because of the business travel this week.

I'd chalk it up to travel. When's your half?

I hope you guys are right but hopefully I can get straighten out soon. Dave, my half is the first Sat in May. Would like to go for a new PR but not sure. You guys are going to destroy Boston! I had hoped to get a business trip up there so I could come to Boston to watch but my customer is not available next week. I will be following on the web.

Good...it'll be nice to have someone to follow while we're all recovering from Boston. I'm sure things will straighten out soon.
