Gulf Shores:  Another steamer this morning (85, humid) but at least there was a breeze blowing.  I didn't feel the best this morning.  I just couldn't seem to get going so I just took it easy and cruised along. While I am on vacation I am happy just to get the miles in and maintain where I am at.  Looking forward to fun with the family.

That's exactly what I'm doing, too- just get in the mileage, don't worry about the speed. Heat and humidity stink.

Oh trust me, it's not you. It's definitely the weather. On top of the sweating, I've noticed that my breathing is borderline anaerobic at about 6:30-7 min pace, while I would have to be going 6 min or faster for the same effect in Utah. So apparently my body agrees with my mind that it is much harder.
