Short run with 4 x 10 sec hill sprints.
Slow easy run. Did an extra mile because I'm not going to be able to run as far this weekend.
Mid-week long run. 8 miles. Lower legs hurt. I stopped stretching this week. Need to start that up again.
Stretched last night. It helped. Easy run. 4.1 miles. Saw Stacie coming down as I was going up. High-fived her. It was electric.
Did 18 miles on the bike last night. Today, rode 50 miles around Bear Lake.
