While I'm strengthening my foot, I'm going to be doing 1 hour workouts that combine running and walking. The walking I'll log as slow miles and the running as fast for now. All of it is slow, but that's where I am.

I decided to do a 5 minute walk warm-up then run a couple of miles. I had to get home to watch my daughter so I was only out for 30 minutes.
