Went to Spin class last night and pedaled real easy just to flush the legs out & get the blood flowing through them ... felt good & it helped. Ran 6 miles with a friend this morning at Suwanee Greenway, 9:00 AP, couple mile around 8:30, with a few walk breaks sprinkled in. Legs felt good, actually better than they did at Mile 5 in my marathon, so I guess that is a good sign for my recovery.
