Went to Sims Lake Park, which has a great 1.2 mile paved loop around a lake with rolling hills, and mileposts every 0.1 miles. I did a mile warmup, then did (10) 0.1 mile strides with equal distance recoveries. After this took a brief water break & ran one fast mile at 5:55 ... then rounded out my hour of running with some recovery miles. Good workout. |
