Dan, I am going to stay here a while longer, depends how my mom is doing ... my son starts HS Aug 11, so prob around then ... or shortly thereafter!
IJR & Steam - A 9:20 pace is pretty relaxing, for both of you as well I am sure! I actually hate running that slow as it feels like my run is never going to end ... but my only goal today was to do recovery run for an hour ... so running faster would not have made it end any sooner! :)
