PM - Threw on the headlamp & got in an easy 7, felt good ... no hard workouts this week, but time to start getting the legs moving again before Sunday fun!

I'm sure you've described it before but I must have missed it. Is the 50K a looped race where you run the same course several times or one long run?

Thanks Tim ... I enjoyed a few days of rest, but time to get moving again!
Preston, it is a 5+ mile trail loop, with quite a few hills & some really technical rocky sections ... 6 loops! Tim & I ran 2 loops as a training run about 3 weeks ago, wasn't too bad ... of course we only ran 1/3 of the total distance! lol It will be challenging, but fun!
