Great 5 mile progression run to kick off my new training cycle. Psyched to see those paces after basically a month of rest recovering from Boston. Very encouraging with 16 weeks to prepare for a 7:38 pace marathon with 5,000' of drop ... it will be all about how quickly I can turn my feet over the first 18 miles of descent!
