7.5 @ 7:45 pace ... right knee pain whole time, could not even complete 8, had to walk back.
Took 3 weeks off, to ice & rest left knee ... & now right one hurt ... go figure.
Guess I will take lots of Vitamin I before Half marathon Saturday!

IJR, old age I guess, really no clue ... maybe did something to it playing soccer a week ago, but have no recollection of that.
Thanks Allie, Vitamin I did not do the trick ... should have accepted the off of Vicodin from a friend, although I don't even know what that is, I think I needed one!
