I think you should Dan! It provides great aerobic benefit while you legs take a break from pounding. It also works different leg muscles, particularly quads, and better muscle balance means less susceptable to injury. I slacked off the last 6 months, but it is what got me my BQ last Oct 2, two weeks later I did a Century ride, and a week after that I got a 10k pr that held up until 2 weeks ago!
Last July I ran 60 miles, August 80, and September 50! but I was spinning at least 5 days per week all out, as well as other cross training, it is pretty safe to say the Spin bike was responsible for my greatly improved running times and staying injury free!
