Had to do something while they put tires on car for trip.  Ran from Discount Tire to Mary Alice Park, 1mile on trail, and back.  Car was done ... woohoo.

Nice - I have been known to drop the car off and go for a run as well. It beats sitting around in a cramped waiting area with horrible coffee.

Thanks guys, it worked out well ... I hate waiting rooms & the timing worked out perfect! No down time, other than paying the bill! :)

Joe, Surprisingly my legs feel great. They were sore the whole month of September when I went over 200 miles for the first time ... and that probably was not wise to jump as much as I did right before the marathon ... but I think it acclimated my legs well for what I am doing now! Goal is 5 months at 200+ before Boston (assuming legs don't ask me to scale back) ... that should have me at a whole never level I think ... or at least hope! :)
