What a great run today I felt so free throughout the 3 miles. I was so uninhibited with no restrictions what so ever. I stayed cool and comfortable the entire distance. As I ran through my neighborhood several of my neighbors waved in disbelief as I streaked by. I know if I would have been in a race all eyes would have been on me. I would have been the center of attention to all who viewed the magnificence. Oh...Did I forget to tell you the funniest part. I forgot to put my shorts on when I went out to run :-)

Funny IJR - I am going to have to get you to write all my reports! Actually my run was quite unplanned & mysterious. I visited a friend for dinner that lives about an hour away ... and drank 2 beers. I was fine & do not D&D under any circumstances! For no apparent reason, I got pulled over & put thru a slew of sobriety tests! When asked, I told her I had 2 beers with dinner, which I guess is not what she wanted to hear. I honestly think she had it out for me, as after passing all her little tests (at least in my opinion), she made me blow into the breathalyzer ... to which she told me I registered under the legal limit of .08, but she still did not think I should drive! I told her fine, I would put on my running shoes & run 5 miles before I drove home! Since I was in the middle of nowhere & it was pitch black, I turned around after about 10-15 minutes and headed back to the car! Anyway, guess the next time I have a beer with dinner it might be one instead of 2 ... even though I am not the least bit impaired if I happen to have 3!! No watch ... 3 miles is a guess!

See, now that would've been a great story to share - I'm glad I read the comments. It probably ruined her day that you blew under .08.

Yeah, I think it ruined her night because I think she was hoping to get to spend some more quality time with me! lol I was just waiting for her to reappear & arrest me because of some law where it was illegal to run on the road at night without reflective gear or a light! It was 11:00 on a country road with no traffic!
