Holy smokes. I ran with Alli today cause she had to do her workout for STATE (it's like the circle of life, except the circle of Peterson's). She had 1200, 1000, 800, 600. We went to a park to do it, and the loop we did was actually fairly tough, with hills and lots of grass. Warm up was about 1.5 miles, then we did the 1200 and I almost managed to stay with her. I opted out of the 1000 and just timed her. Then on the 800 I actually did stay with her (she struggled on the up and downhills). Then the 600 she just about destroyed me, except I had the watch so I started pushing with 30 seconds left and got closer. Cool down was just a mile.
