So.. I thought about coming to morning practice today. I even work up for it. Then I talked myself out of it, thinking that with soccer and afternoon runs, my legs are tired enough. I want them to be good for the race, and lately theyve been feeling like they got run over by a bus. So I didn't. Anyway, a good run today. Roberts got me talking about the women's 10k the other day and we left everyone behind. Lifting and plyos after. My arms are gonna be super sore tomorrow, cause I did approximately a zillion pushups at soccer today, cause no one could keep possession of the ball, and the entire team has to pushups for one mistake. |
