Ick. We ran 3x2 min with 1 min rec + 4x400 with 30 second rec. The two minuter things were fine (ish). But my legs are so so so dead. I could barely lift them up. The 400s were just not good. On the cool down, I thought I was going to collapse. I need to ice bathe and stretch and stuff.. but I just feel like I never have time. Tonight, perhaps. |
