Hamstring was better today.. my soccer coach made me leave practice early yesterday to go talk to Mark, cause I couldn't run very fast. But Mark wasn't there so I went to get some ice.. only there were no ice bags. So I iced later that night and rolled and stretched this morning.. it's feeling better, but is still kinda sore. So I didn't do the 200's, just to be safe. But I'm sure I'll be fine for the game tonight and meet tomorrow. I'll keep stretching and ice more tonight after the game. |
