Am: tres con mi amigas. The weather is supah bipolar. Pm: 6x400 with goal time of 1:14. This felt easier than last time, until the last one. My splits were 1:14, 1:14, 1:13, 1:14, 1:11, 1:13. The fifth one was an accident. I was kind of mad about it cause I felt way more tired on the last one. Anyway. Weights after. Happy about this workout. Found out our events for the meet.. I'm doing the 800, 400, and long jump. Don't even ask about that last one. |
