Am: three. We nearly blew away. Pm: 4x1000s at 3:46 and 2x300 all out. Coach had me do the distance workout today. So glad he did. I've struggled a bit with this workout pretty much ever since my time moved down to 3:46.. I don't think I ever had a day where I hit my time on all four of them. Today was windy and rainy, but I actually thought it felt good. Other than the soccer players using us for target practice, it was really a great workout. My splits were 3:37 (way too fast.. I backed off a bit after that), 3:42, 3:44, 3:42. Then we did the 300s and I hit :50 and :49. I wasn't feeling very well after the 1000s.. Stoner even told me I looked pale (which could have been because the rain washed my makeup off..), but I was okay during the 1000s. Weights after. Great day. |
