Today's run felt kinda longish. The way back was mostly uphill (remind me again why we do that run??) and my legs were feeling really achy.. achey? Either way, it didn't feel good. Once we hit the last hill though, I was feeling okay. I knew we were getting close and so I kinda pushed it. Not as much as Rachel did though.. remind me never to run Foremaster with her!!
(Oh, and I just want everyone to know.. I had never actually visited the blog with the workouts on it until today.. so I had never actually seen the whole "Entitlement is the enemy" thing. So it's not particularly my fault our team took last in the relay. Just sayin'.) |
