Spinning - 10 minute warm and cool and PT.
Spinning - 10 minute warm up and 10 minute cool then PT. My current system is to report any cardio.
I've been doing the PT daily or twice daily. I think I have found a good system and I am hopeful.
Spinning - 20 minute warm up and 10 minute cool then PT at lunch. Rear feeling better but hip not improving.
