Tried a track workout and it didn't go as planned. Did 3 of 6 1000 m repeats and felt awful. I didn't record times. This was a morning run and the warm-up was not long.
Saltair out and back in 165 mts with bro. Sis in law does not think you need to run more than 16 miles training for a marathon. She had a tough time in the marathon.
