Everything stll hurts from boot camp so I decided on the treadmill at work in case of any discomfort. I felt surprisingly good so I think the day off did the trick! Tacked on additional .3 or so given the slow mill.

Glad to hear that no permanent damage was done. I might try running a mile or two after my next bootcamp to see if that loosens things up. Mind over matter.

Having been to real boot camp back in 1987, I''m tempted to go to one of these to see how it stacks up.
