Emigration out and back at 11:40 am. It was 75ish on the way out but heated up quickly to low 80s by the end. I went more moderate for my current fitness doing the uphill in sub 8 and the total run at a 7:34 average. Legs died a bit in the 7th mile. Feeling pretty ok.
