Monday and Tuesday street runs took their toll on my body and I was happy to do half of my run today on the trails.

The trails force me to work harder and definitely slow me down but are sure nice on the legs, etc.

NICE trail run. I think it's good to run various surfaces, working different muscles for sure. Your runs looked GREAT this week.
