Short-Term Running Goals:

Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in < 4years.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

Personal:

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer;

answer me, for I need your help.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you.
Save me, for I serve you and trust you.
You are my God.
Be merciful to me, O Lord,
for I am calling on you constantly.
Give me happiness, O Lord,
for I give myself to you.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive,
so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord;
hear my urgent cry.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble,
and you will answer me.  - Psalm 86:1-7

I just couldn't get out of bed this morning.  When I did get up, I had an ache in my right shin and my stomach was upset, so I went back to sleep for 1.5 hours and wil try to get a run in at lunch and/or after work.  I hope to get out because the weather is actually not bad for a run!

No lunch run due to conflicts...maybe after work.  It warmed up a bit, but the wind kicked up too...maybe no run at lunch was for the best!

5 miles in 35:30 with Moxie after work in cool but good weather (42 degrees, light wind).

Sleep is always good. Hope that stomach gets better, it seems like you've been fighting it a lot. See you after Thanksgiving.

I was the same way this morning! I missed my group run and they were doing mile repeats! I'll run with you tonight if you want? Lol I'm actually going through your town tomorrow night.

Thanks guys.

Craig, this was just an upset or hungry stomach, not the the other GI issues I was having...which haven't been an issue lately!
