Short-Term Running Goals:

Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in < 4years.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

Personal:

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

Bend down, O Lord, and hear my prayer;

answer me, for I need your help.
Protect me, for I am devoted to you.
Save me, for I serve you and trust you.
You are my God.
Be merciful to me, O Lord,
for I am calling on you constantly.
Give me happiness, O Lord,
for I give myself to you.
O Lord, you are so good, so ready to forgive,
so full of unfailing love for all who ask for your help.
Listen closely to my prayer, O Lord;
hear my urgent cry.
I will call to you whenever I’m in trouble,
and you will answer me.  - Psalm 86:1-7

10M early this morning up over the John's Pass drawbridge and to Redington Beach.  Decent paced run, but liked running south better as it has much less traffic.  Some fantastic houses along this stretch.

More relaxed play time planned for today as we leave for home tomorrow afternoon.

total time: 1:13:20  (Trigon - 206 miles)

Hope you are enjoying your stay here. Now it all makes sense. You must have brought the cooler morning weather with you this week, thanks!

Good job running on your trip. Hope your travels home tomorrow go good. I'm glad it's you and not me... For some reason coming home the other day about killed me although coming home is a lot easier than going out when you loose so much of the day just in the time change.
