Wow - what an awesome run for me. I did the 3M that I did on Monday and just crushed that time - I really wasn't trying, but felt good so I went. Time was 24:13 (8:07, 8:05, 8:01) for an 8:05avg. It was only 39.2degs, so a nice short and long sleeve shirt day. My heart rate stayed well within zone 3 (out of 5) which means I was not stressing at all, but having a good run. Only a month of running and I'm in the lower 8:00s already, so yeah - I'm happy.

Oh, and I enjoyed the "stick" afterwards James - thanks!!!

Nice run, good to see the improvment! I have alot of respect for the Clydesdale division. I was 240 when i started running about 8 months ago, Holy Cow those uphill stretches kill you! Nice work, keep it up.

Not only is it good on your legs but it works great to smack kids when their misbehaving.
