My left hip and lower back felt completely out of whack for the first mile or so, to the point that I almost turned around and walked home. Fortunately, the pain started to lessen as my body warmed up, and I felt considerably better by the time I finished my little jaunt. I stretched for 10 minutes afterward. I may have to spend more quality time with the chiro to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, I'll keep doing the exercises and stretches my PT prescribed. |
