I was planning to go out for a short, easy jog this morning, just to start working through the residual soreness from Saturday, but it was raining pretty hard and I didn't feel like getting soaked. Instead, I set up my trainer and rode the bike for 30 minutes, then did my hip exercises and stretches. The back pain seems to have returned in full force, so I need to get back to the core training I started doing before the marathon. |
