Rest day. Long run tomorrow. This is how I want tomorrow's run to go: Miles 1-6 @ 9:30-10:00 pace Mile 7 & 8 @ 9:00-9:15 pace Miles 9-18 (10 miles) @ 8:30 pace or better miles 19-? @ whatever pace for cooldown. So, now it's in writing. However, I reserve the right to bail on the run at any time for whatever reason...because I'm disciplined like that.
