Felt pretty good throughout.

Make-it-up-as-you-go workouts are the only way that I can ever keep myself interested/awake/non-brain-dead enough to get a good workout on a treadmill. Looks like you came up with a fun one. Solid running, and props to you for consistency lately.

I agree that breaking up your run with speed work/intervals like that really helps pass the time on the treadmill. Great workout!

Thanks! I'm looking forward to trying something like this on the road someday...when the weather is warm...and the snow is gone...and the treadmill is stored away for the season...and I no longer have to face my inner hamster...
