From the house to LPT out & back. Run started at 7:57am GST. Mostly cloudy skies, 47F. Crazy weather for last day of November.

All systems worked great today. Started to sputter around mile 10, but miles 12 through 15 felt really good. Mile 15 was the fastest at 8:34.

Nice miles! Are you refocusing these days? ("Perpetual Adaptation") I'd be interested to hear if you are aiming at a new goal.

I did always get a laugh out of 2008 A Base Odyssey.

No refocus yet. Still laying down some base. But I realize that as we evolve through our life cycle we're in a state of constant adaptation, on an infinite number of levels as we live from day to day. Especially with running my body and mind will always be adapting to new levels of fitness...perpetually.

I was sorry to read about your father in law on your blog. Hope everything works out well.
