I wanted to do 18 today so I could get at least 50 this week.  That might have been a bit ambitious considering I was sick yesterday. I may try to go out for 5 more tonight if time allows. Even for as short as it was this was not as quick as I would have liked. I did 12 last week at an average pace of 8:09, but 13 today at an average pace of 8:34.  Maybe it's because I went later in the day, maybe it's because I was sick yesterday, maybe it's because I planned on doing more until I got tired then just felt defeated.  Whatever it was it needs to go away.

On the plus side, I found a perfect 13.1 mile loop that I can take in the future.
