The vert on this run isn't reading the same as it did on Monday despite the fact that the run hasn't changed. So I'm estimating the vertical gain between what it said on Monday and what it says today.

That said, it was quicker today. The route was up farmington canyon for 5 miles and then back. I made it up in just under 58 minutes. that's 3 minutes faster than monday's ascent time. The decent was much quicker too, 34 minutes instead of 38 minutes. My fastest mile down was 6:43 with 3 of the 5 being below 7:00 per mile and the other two being 7:10 and 7:01. Pretty fast for me.

PM: not sure if I should count these or not.  1 mile with Syd for her run challenge.  She was faster toay, 15:57 instead of 16:14.  She said she was more sore today but she did it faster.  She seems like she is giving it effort, which is all I'm going for.

That's smoking! Was that on a road or trail?

its a dirt road. I used to only be able to push an 8:30 down that road but lately I've been able to just take the breaks off.
