Last really hard workout. Wanted to go 15 but got vetoed by my wife. Warm up of 1 1/2 then 6:42, 6:37, 6:24, 6:16, 6:24, 6:20, 6:10, 6.21:20, 6:27, 6:17, 6:05, 3:05 last half. All but last 3 1/2 with stroller so converted was around 6 min pace for the run. Felt really good. |
