Get a couple State titles, Make it to college on a track Scholarship, and run professionally

AM - I rna the first 2.5 miles modarate pace then 2 miles 1min hard 1 min easy and a .5 mile cool down. heel feels lots better because of ice and painkillers.
PM - ran two miles easy with strides and drills
AM - 4 miles easy.
PM - 2 miles easy
AM - 3 miles easy
PM - 2.3 miles easy and 1 mile threshold 7min pace on grass at XC practice
Race today did a 4k on grass in 16:09. I have a cold so I could of done better.
AM - 4 miles easy
PM - 2 miles easy cougar run tommorow.
did ok I felt ok and my time was better than last years by 3:13
