1600m with 400m jog plus 4 x 400m with 200m jog: 5:55, 1:32, 1:28, 1:27, 1:22 Workout was a good one. I'm glad I was able to do some negative splits on the 400s after the faster than planned 1600m. And no knee pain. I was initially planning on doing the Timp Trail Half at the end of this month but I don't want to stress my knee too much. I'm going to do some 5ks instead in the next couple of months. |
