Went up to Suncrest for a workout today with Jason from work. We warmed up with 2 miles and then did 8 x 0.25 miles with equal jog between reps (1:26-1:27-1:36-1:20-1:51-1:24-1:44-1:33). It was really tough to be consistent because the route was pretty hilly. Then I cooled down for 1 mile. |
