I felt my shin a little at the very beginning but then didn't feel anything. Good workout but I was a little slow on 3 of the reps. I targeted 1:27 to 1:30.

Another good workout - getting the average under 90 seconds is excellent. Its tough getting the pacing perfect, but you were in the right range on all of them. Glad the shin is feeling better.

Hey Jake, there's a group meeting at Highland High School to run 10 miles tomorrow, in case you are interested and can manage it. I wont be there but it will be fun. We can easily adjust the plan to fit.
