I had planned to do 6 miles but I just wasn't feeling it on the sixth mile so I cut it short. The plan was to do 4 to 6 miles so I'm fine with 5.

Good start. The nice thing about the ranges is that it allows you to go by feel a little more. On these runs, never take it all the way to the well - finish feeling like you have some more in the tank.

Thanks Jake. I think doing a 6th mile could have drained me pretty good. I'm really going to try to go be feel a bit more for this training block. Thanks for the advice.
