well we did a workout today we did 4X400 with 2min brake then a 4X200 with a 100 walk then 100 jog for the 400s I got 1:10 1:06 1:08 1:07 then for the 200s I got a :31 :31 :31 and another :31 so great workout then we did a cool down now time for Cache-box.
