Well today we had practice we did a mile warm up then 5X800s with what ever time you got as a brake so first 800 at a 2:25 2nd 2:26 this is were I started to die 3rd 2:29 4th a 2:39 oh crap yea way to slow I felt like crap. Then the last one in a 2:33 I did it with Ethan sobetter but not were I needed it to be need to get myself feeling better. Then 2.5 miles cool down.
